Felipe Sandoval Precht

Felipe Sandoval has a long history in the private world, mainly in the direction of different companies and also in public office. Industrial civil engineer trained at the University of Chile, was minister and executive vice president of the Production Development Corporation (CORFO) with the Government of President Eduardo Frei. It was also Undersecretary of Fisheries and Aquaculture under President Ricardo Lagos and he served as executive secretary with the “Salmon Table" in the first government of President Michelle Bachelet. Currently is president of the Association of Salmon Industry in Chile, 'SalmonChile, "this association, which represents 90% of Chile's salmon production industry.

Felipe Manterola Ghana

Felipe Manterola is currently the general manager from the Salmon Industry Association of Chile, "SalmonChile". It is commercial engineer graduated from the Catholic University of Chile and has a wide experience in the commercial area, having over 8 years experience in the salmon industry. Before joining the "SalmonChile", played for 3 years the position of assistant manager and commercial management of the Mainstream business. During this time made the development of a management control system in the production and sales of Salmon, focused on marketing Salmonidae by companies from Canada and Chile, mainly for Brazil and Chile consumer markets.

Fábio Betti Rodrigues Salgado

Fabio Betti is a partner at Corall and consultant specializing in Leadership Communication, Culture of Dialogue and facilitation of innovation processes and Cultural Transformation. Degree in Journalism from PUC-SP and a graduate degree in Business Communication from ESPM-SP, has over 25 years of experience in organizational communication field, having worked in companies Johnson & Johnson and Dow Chemical and one of the partners and directors of agencies Cia Video and Novacia. Professor of Communication Face to Face by the Brazilian Association of Corporate Communication (ABERJE) in Dialogue for Dialogue São Paulo School of Biology and the School-Cultural Matriztica of Santiago. He is currently a Master's Degree in Biology from the Universidad Mayor-Cultural Chile and has a specialization in Corporate Communications, and several formations in the area of ​​human development.

Fernando Kubitza

Fernando Kubitza is Agronomist and Master in Animal Nutrition from ESALQ-USP and a PhD in Aquaculture from Auburn University, Alabama, USA. He was a professor and researcher at the Department of Zootecnica ESALQ-USP. Work in private companies of fry production and fattening of native fish and tilapia. In 1999 he founded the Acqua Image services, one of the most important companies in projects and consultancy in aquaculture in Brazil. Fernando has authored 13 technical books and a collection of more than 120 technical articles and scientific in aquaculture. Recognized as one of the main fish nutritionists in the country, Fernando was responsible for developing several lines of feed for tilapia, round fish and carnivorous fish in Brazil. Fernando participated in the design, planning and implementation of several projects to create and fish in Brazil and abroad. With over a hundred given courses and lectures, has contributed heavily to the training of technicians and producers and the diffusion of technology in aquaculture in Brazil and other Latin American countries.

Wilson Flavio FELTRIM Roseghini

Degree in Geography from the State University of Maringa (2002), MA in Geography from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (2006) and PhD in Geography from the Federal University of Paraná, with sandwich period at Columbia University in New York, USA (2013) . He is currently Associate Professor and Researcher at the Department of Geography at the Federal University of Paraná, CFO of the Brazilian Association of Climatology (Management 2012-2014), and Editor of the Journal of Climatology. It Paranaense Forum member on Climate Change, the Curitibano Forum on Climate Change and the Scientific Committee Bioclimate Paraná. He has experience in Geosciences with an emphasis on Climatology, acting on the following topics: geography, climate, weather, urban climate, extreme events and dengue.

Adriano Romero

Adriano Romero is formed in the Faculty of Animal Science (FZEA), University of São Paulo - USP in 1998. Adriano has developed his professional career in the technology area undergoing major companies in the sector such as Bradesco, Itaú, Redecard, Mercedes, Borland among others. He founded Agroinova, company that combines deep knowledge of Agribusiness with a high degree of technological innovation. Currently coordinates the development of management software for intensive fish farms - InovaPeixe.

Rodrigo Zanolo

Rodrigo Zanolo is veterinarian and master in animal science from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and an MBA in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation - São Paulo. He served as technical advisor and in intensive fish and shrimp production in the state of Santa Catarina between 2003 and 2005. Working there by MSD Animal Health nine years, currently plays the role of Technical Manager Latin America, accumulating great experience in the area health and working directly with the most important tilapia production centers in intensive cages systems in Brazil and Latin America. With lots of lectures given, has contributed heavily to the training of technicians and producers in the diffusion of new technologies associated with animal health in tilapia production.

Meg Caetano Santino

Meg C. Santino is veterinary medical health officer specializing in fish and expert in food. Meg is a graduate degree in quality management in food & health surveillance; products and services and project management. Has 15 years of professional experience in the retail sector by the Food technical area, especially fish. Works closely with the Grupo Pão de Açúcar (GPA) since 2000. It started its activities with the quality area, working in the structuring of 1 Distribution Center of Fresh Fish Group. Later he was appointed Managing Fish Technique and has also worked as Sales Training & Development Manager, responsible for the training of the GPA fishmonger teams seeking opportunities, excellence and differential for the fish segment in retail. He served as Project Manager in the Perishables area and currently manages the commercial development of suppliers for exclusive brands GPA.

Oscar Parra Ponce

Oscar Parra Ponce veterinarian is formed in the Austral University of Chile and an MBA from the University of Development, Chile. With 20 years of experience in the Chilean aquaculture industry, he has worked in various positions related to the areas of pathology and fish health, technical support and business management. For over ten years, Oscar has been responsible for MSD Animal Health aquaculture business in Chile (Manager Aquaculture Business Unit MSD) and during the last three years he has also been responsible for regional aquaculture business ( Business Unit Manager of Aquaculture Latin America). His diverse professional experience in aquaculture allowed him to contribute from a holistic view to the creation and development of new business in the region and promote the growth of aquaculture from an integrative perspective of different disciplines.

Caro Luis Lagos

Caro Luis Lagos is Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Gabriela Mistral and also with project management training by the University Adolfo Ibáñez and also has studies in the area of ​​Maritime Engineering from the Universidad Austral de Chile. Dear has over 25 years of experience in shipbuilding yards and floating structures for companies who work with the salmon industry in Chile. During seven years he served as production manager in one of the largest construction companies in tank-nets for fish farms in Chile. Later held the position of Operations Manager Oxxean Shipyard, a company focused on the construction and repair of special vessels for positioning and anchoring cages structures in fish farms. He is currently the General Manager of Orza, a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of floating cages, especially metal frame tanks for salmon farming as well as maintenance services of these structures, where he directs a group of professionals with extensive experience in the field.
